Classes at Goal Rooms
Every class at Goal Rooms is coached, structured, and designed to challenge you at the right level. You'll never walk in not knowing what you're doing, and you'll never be left to figure it out alone.
Sessions rotate across the week to keep training varied, prevent plateaus, and make sure you're developing fitness across different areas. You can mix and match based on your goals, your schedule, and how your body feels that week.
If you're not sure where to start, just ask. Claire will point you in the right direction.

Classes
A full-body workout that moves fast and hits everything. Circuit Room takes you through a series of stations combining cardio and strength-based movements, keeping the heart rate up while building functional fitness.
Good for: overall fitness, burning energy, feeling like you've genuinely worked.
Strength, conditioning, and functional movement in one session. Fusion brings different training disciplines together so no two sessions feel the same. It's one of the most well-rounded classes on the timetable and a good anchor session if you're training more than once a week.
Good for: building balanced fitness, variety, progression over time.
High energy, low impact, and harder than it looks. JumpFit uses mini trampolines to build fitness, coordination, and endurance without the joint impact of other cardio classes. It's the class most women underestimate before they try it and come back to consistently.
Good for: cardio fitness, joint-friendly training, anyone who finds traditional cardio sessions tedious.
The best stress relief on the timetable. BoxFit uses boxing-style pad work and combinations to build fitness, strength, and coordination. It's physical, it's satisfying, and it will leave you feeling more capable than when you walked in.
Good for: full-body conditioning, building confidence, getting rid of a bad day.
Rhythm-based training that works harder than it looks. StepFit combines step-based movements with modern fitness training, working on coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and lower-body strength. Sessions are upbeat, well-paced, and consistently popular on the timetable.
Good for: coordination, lower-body strength, anyone who enjoys movement with energy behind it.
Build real strength, with proper coaching. Sculpt and Strength focuses on technique, progressive loading, and building muscle in a way that translates to everyday life. Claire places emphasis on form and steady progression rather than ego lifting.
Good for: building strength, improving body composition, learning to train with weights properly.
End the week on a high. Glow and Go brings the community together on Saturday mornings for a session that combines elements from across the timetable. The energy is high, the atmosphere is good, and it's one of the most consistent classes for members who train regularly.
Good for: anyone who wants to finish the week feeling strong, not depleted.
"Every class I programme is designed to push you, but never to break you. You'll work hard, you'll feel it, and you'll want to come back. That's the point."
