Booking and class attendance

When you book a class, this is handled through a combination of our website and our booking partner, BookFit. This may involve collecting your name, email address, phone number, and details of the classes you book or attend. BookFit acts as a data processor on our behalf for booking and scheduling purposes.

Membership and the members area

If you become a member and create a login for our members area, we collect the information needed to set up and manage your account, such as your name, email address, and membership status. Content accessed through the members area, such as programme materials, is provided as part of your membership and is not shared outside Goal Rooms.

Shop purchases

When you purchase branded products through our online shop, we collect the information needed to process your order, including your name, delivery address, email address, and order details. Payment is handled securely through our website's payment processor; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

Marketing sign-up

If you choose to sign up to our mailing list through the form on our website, we collect your name and email address so we can send you updates about classes, events, and offers. We only send marketing emails if you have actively opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

How we use your information

We use the personal information we collect to:

Processing shop orders is necessary to fulfil that purchase. Sending marketing emails relies on your consent, which you give when you sign up and can withdraw at any time. Where we need to meet legal obligations, such as keeping financial records, we rely on legal obligation as our basis.

We share data only with trusted third parties who help us run Goal Rooms, including BookFit for class bookings and scheduling, Squarespace, who host our website and process shop payments, and Google Workspace, which we use for business email. These providers are only given the information needed to perform their service and are required to handle it securely.

We keep your information for as long as you remain a member or active customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or tax requirements. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will do so. Marketing data is kept only until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
